 We resumed our notes from yesterday.

 Today we discussed what an argument is. We also talked about the rhetorical triangle then we finished the class off with reading “ Fences “

Today we continued to read more about the Fences and we also did a worksheet with a chart about connotations.

 Today we started reading the Fences. Also we watched a video on Oprah Winfrey going to Forsyth county in 1987 talking about segregation.

 We worked on our one pager all day and discussed with a few classmates and what they had and how they got what they got for their paper.

 Today is Tuesday and we went over the one pager and had the whole class to get started on it.

Today we started to read a short story called “Ambush”. Ambush was a pretty interesting short story that mainly talked about how living in the past cannot help you overcome anything, you’ll just constantly be in the same loop.

Sept 9th Bell Ringer

 The way that a veterans past experience could affect his/her past life could be ptsd. Ptsd isn’t something that everyone has but as a wad veteran you see/hear things that the normal wouldn’t every other day. A way that it could affect a fathers relationship with his children is by him not wanting to spend time with his children due to the ptsd and the trauma is has experienced in war.

Reflection 12

 Today we went over the test that we took on Friday. Also we went over the process of elimination and how to use it it properly. We then went over our answer choices and explained why we chose them.
